Under the hood of the 2023 Ford Edge, drivers discover a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that puts out 250 horsepower and 280 ft-lb of torque coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Ford Edge ST model packs an extra punch with its turbocharged 2.7-litre EcoBoost V6 and a 7-speed transmission. The ST model, combined with performance-tuned suspension, achieves 335 horsepower and 380 ft-lbs of torque making it a power-packed ride brimming with vigour. All 2023 Edge models feature standard all-wheel-drive performance.

From the large door openings to the leather and faux-suede upholstery of the ST Interior Appearance Package that adds a perforated-leather steering wheel and red and blue accent stitching, the Edge comfortably seats everyone. The 2023 Ford Edge comes equipped with a host of safety features to help drivers reach their destination. Co-Pilot 360 offers a full suite of intuitive features that support even the most experienced drivers. Ford’s BLIS, or Blind Spot Information System with cross-traffic alert, continuously monitors the Edge’s surroundings and notifies drivers of vehicles or obstacles in the blind spots, while the Lane Keeping System notifies drivers of lane departures. Pre-collision assist provides emergency braking when obstacles are dangerously close to the front of the vehicle and the evasive steering assist supports emergency maneuvers with enhanced, supportive steering. The Ford Edge also comes with adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, rear camera to help with parking, but also Enhanced Park Assist. With the push of a button, the system scans for available parallel parking spots and effortlessly moves the Edge safely into the spot with no need to worry about multiple parking attempts and holding up traffic.
